3Stage 2: Formulation & Sampling

For ODM, a sample is pulled from the library (7–10 days). For OEM, the formula is developed and a pilot sample made (10–15 days), with taste/appearance adjustments.

4Stage 3: Production & QC

On approval, the batch is manufactured and tested — identity, assay, microbial, and heavy metals. Typically 15–25 days.

5Stage 4: Packaging & Shipping

Labeling, cartoning, and final inspection, then domestic or export shipment with the right documentation.
